We utilize genetic and temperament testing to raise high quality service, therapy, facility, and family companions.
As a small family business it is important to us to include our children as we prepare our puppies for their forever homes. Our rambunctious 5 year old , and rapidly growing 7 year old are hands on with every litter. The youngest of our human crew (the twins), who are now 1 1/2 years old look forward to all the puppy cuddles and playtime to come this spring. Each puppy has been exposed to and handled daily by our kids, and exposed to their toys. One of our goals is to provide you with well rounded, tolerant, expressive, and affectionate new members of your family.
To breed and raise well rounded, tolerant, loving pups we utilize the following enrichment methods:
Potty Training
Crate Exposure
Introduction to Birds
Introduction to Water/Swimming
Adventure Boxes
Bathing, Grooming, and Nail Trimming
Socialization with the following: People wearing Hats, and now Masks, People with Disabilities, Children of All Ages, A Variety of Animals…Including but not limited to other dogs, cats, small and large farm animals.
We do both Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI), starting as early as 3 Days Old.
This includes:
10-point Handling Exercises
Scent, Texture, and Thermal Stimulation
Various Surfaces Stimulation (Concrete, Brick, Grass, Slides, Structures, etc..)
Noise Desensitization and Stimulation (Traffic, Neighbors, Landscaping, Screaming Children…)
We utilize the Badass Breeder Guide, and raise all of our pups on their special designed advanced service dog curriculum. Each pup goes through formal temperament testing to allow us to have a broad profile of their disposition, temperament and aptitude to give them a voice in where they would be best placed.
We are proud to be recognized as an official Badass Breeder!
We personally have a TWO year guarantee with every single one of our pups. Please see the "New Pawrents Resources" Page for more information on this!
In addition, we offer a list of our favorite companies and resources to ensure you have help for a lifetime of happiness with your newest family member! Find this list on "Our Best Pawfriends" Page.
